Remedial Deep Tissue Massage

What is Remedial Massage?

Remedial Massage is a complementary therapy which aims to treat muscles that are tense, knotted, damaged or immobile. It can stimulate blood circulation, and speed up the body’s own healing process to repair damaged tissues. Some health problems that are often treated with remedial massage include frozen shoulder, muscular stiffness, headache, lower back and sciatic pain, sporting injuries, muscular atrophy, and arthritis.

No Pain, No Gain?

Cassie is an experienced Remedial Massage therapist operating since 2010, who often applies a combination of firm and deep pressure for patients. She has learnt from theories and experienced therapists from different countries, and combined the knowledge into her own massage technique, which not only relieves the pain and immobility, but also relaxes the mind of life stresses. If you are looking for a Swedish Massage or Lymphatic Drainage Massage, then this is not suitable for you.
